WONDERFLU
Started in 2007, at an age when typically average French rockers trade their guitars for synthesizers, replace their drummer with a drum machine, or start singing in French, the Wonderflu project got everything wrong from the start by remaining faithful to a certain idea of guitar-driven indie rock that had flourished at the end of the 20th century.
Persisting in their mistake, they continue to write FM hits in the wrong place at the wrong time with diligence and bad faith.
Commencé en 2007, à un âge où habituellement les rockeurs hexagonaux moyens troquent leurs guitares contre des synthés, remplacent leur batteur par une boîte à rythmes ou se mettent à chanter en français, le projet Wonderflu a tout faux dès le départ en restant fidèle à une certaine idée du rock indé à guitares qui avait fait florès à la fin du XXème siècle.
Persévérant dans l’erreur, ils continuent à écrire des tubes FM au mauvais endroit au mauvais moment avec application et mauvaise foi.
